News India Live, Digital Desk: There is big news for about 27 lakh students of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE). Class 8th board examinations have started in the state from today, February 19. At the same time, class 5th examinations are going to start from tomorrow i.e. 20th February. The Education Department has made strict arrangements for security and transparency at the examination centres. Students and parents can now also check the revised time table from Shala Darpan portal.

Exam Timings and Shift

exams of both classes 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm Are being organized in the same shift. Students have been advised to reach the examination center at least 30 minutes before.

Rajasthan Board 8th Time Table 2026 (Class 8th Date Sheet)

Class 8th exams will start from 19th February to 4th March 2026:

Class 5th examinations will be held from 20th February to 6th March 2026. (Mathematics paper has been amended):

Important Instructions and Admit Card

Session number entry: Schools will have to complete the entry of sessional marks on Shala Darpan portal by March 6, 2026.

Admit Card: Candidates can get the admit card through their school or from the official website.

Holi Holidays: Due to the festival of Holi in between the exams, March 2 and March 3 have been declared holidays.
