Israel attacked Gaza after US attack in Yemen
Washington: Israel made the biggest attack on Gaza during the holy month of Ramadan, killing more than 400 people. The White House said on Monday that it had discussed the situation with Israel before attacking. Not only this, US President Trump has also warned Iran.
White House spokesperson Caroline Lewitt said that the Trump administration and the White House have been informed about the Israeli attack on Gaza. President Trump has made it clear that those who are trying to terrorize America, including Hamas, Houthi, Iran and Israel, will have to pay the price. Trump had earlier warned Hamas to release all the hostages in Gaza, otherwise ‘the doors of hell would open.’ The latest reaction of the White House makes it clear that the US clearly supports the Israeli attack on Gaza. Lewitt said that President Trump has made it clear that he is not afraid of standing with his colleague Israel.
US President Trump has proposed the redevelopment of Gaza, but this has created controversy. The United Nations, human rights organizations and Arab countries say that the scheme is an attempt to force Palestinians from Gaza. Many organizations have declared it ‘ethnic cleaning’. These Israeli attacks have taken place at a time when the US itself is attacking the Houthi rebels in Yemen.
