What will be special in Vande Bharat 4.0? Mission- Speed and Comfort
In the new Vande Bharat 4.0, all those small things are being taken care of, which make your journey better. Now better toilets, more comfortable seats and beautifully designed coaches will be seen. The aim of the Railway Ministry is that these trains should start running on the tracks within the next one and a half years.
You will be surprised to know that our current Vande Bharat 3.0 is no less than anyone. It is faster than many trains in Japan and Europe and accelerates from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 52 seconds. The Railway Minister says that now the time has come to take it to the next level.
The dream of bullet train is also not far away
Along with this, the government is also building high-speed corridors in the country with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. Imagine, you will be able to travel in India at the speed of a bullet train! The target is to prepare about 7,000 kilometers of such routes by 2047, which will complete the picture of a developed India.
Security first: Kavach 5.0 is coming
With high speed comes safety concerns, but Railways has made arrangements for this too. The ‘Kavach’ system which protects trains from collision is now becoming more advanced. Kavach 5.0 is being developed in such a way that it will keep the train completely safe even at a speed of 350 kilometers per hour, thereby eliminating the fear of accidents.
Now hydrogen instead of smoke: India’s own green train
Railways has also taken a big step towards saving the environment. India has prepared a 2400 horse power hydrogen train completely based on ‘desi’ technology. This is not a technology brought from outside, but has been designed by our own engineers.
The government has also made it clear that there will be no compromise on quality. The Railway Minister has warned that companies providing substandard goods will be blacklisted.
