A girl hanged herself on a tree behind the boundary of Chitrakoot Collectorate.

Chitrakoot, January 13: A sensational incident of hanging by a minor girl due to unknown reasons has come to light. The matter is near the mango tree outside the boundary wall of the District Magistrate’s office, where a girl was found hanging from the tree on Tuesday. As soon as information about the incident was received, there was chaos on the spot.

According to eyewitnesses, the complainants who reached the District Magistrate’s office and the home guard on duty showed promptness and brought the girl down from the tree. During this time the girl was seriously injured. Seeing the seriousness of the situation, ADM Namami Gange Swapnil Yadav and ADM Judicial, who reached the spot and showed human sensitivity, immediately sent the girl to the district hospital in their government vehicle. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police administration also reached the spot and started investigating the entire matter. The police inspected the spot and interrogated the people present nearby. The initial investigation could not clearly reveal the reasons behind the hanging. In this regard, Superintendent of Police Arun Kumar Singh said that the girl was admitted to the district hospital in critical condition, where she was given first aid. After some time the girl’s parents also reached the hospital. On the advice of doctors, the family took him to Prayagraj for better treatment.
