During the holy month of Ramzan, Hindu and Muslim students have come together to give a strong reply to those indulging in politics of hatred in the campus of Lucknow University.
What is the whole matter?
located on the university campus ‘Red Fraternity’ Muslim students and staff have been offering prayers in the building for decades. During Ramzan this year, the gate of ‘Lal Biradari’ was found locked due to technical reasons or administrative delay. It was time for Namaz and the students were upset.
Hindu brothers set an example
When the Hindu students came to know about this, they immediately came forward to help their Muslim colleagues.
Security Circle (Human Chain): To ensure that there is no disturbance during the Namaz and to maintain peace, dozens of Hindu students formed a ‘human chain’ around the Namaz venue.
Namaz peacefully: In the same circle, Muslim students offered namaz with full faith.
Message of unity: After the namaz was over, students from both the communities hugged and congratulated each other.

Pictures and videos of this incident are becoming increasingly viral on social media. People are calling it the picture of ‘real India’. University professors and local citizens have also appreciated this step of the students. Students say that the university not only teaches us education but also teaches us to respect each other’s religion.
One student said: “Religion teaches us to unite, not to divide. When our brothers needed space, it was our duty to stand with them.”
