After getting bail, ED again sent 9th summons to CM Kejriwal, date of March 21 for questioning

Arvind Kejriwal ED News: ED has once again sent summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. This time in the 9th summons he has been asked to appear on March 21. Yet yesterday, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court granted him bail in the case of ignoring ED's summons till now, where once again ED sending him summons for questioning may increase his problems.

When was the first summons sent?

The investigating agency had first sent summons to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on 2 November 2023 but he did not appear. After this, the agency sent him the eighth summons on 21 November, 3 January, 18 January, 2 February, 19 February, 26 February and 4 March. Chief Minister Kejriwal did not appear before the ED on any summons.

Kejriwal made this allegation

Kejriwal accused the central government of misusing the investigating agencies despite not appearing on even a single summons. The Chief Minister of Aam Aadmi Party claims that the central agency ED wants to arrest him.
