Apart from this, a plan of Rs 455 with a validity of 84 days will be Rs. 509. The prepaid plan with a validity of 365 days which is Rs. 1799 will now cost customers Rs. 1999.

Bharti Airtel told the stock exchange that all mobile average revenue per unit (ARPU) should be above Rs 300 to enable a financially healthy business model for telcos in India. The company believes that this level of ARPU will enable the necessary investments in network technology and spectrum and provide modest returns. These new and increased prices are applicable to all circles of Bharti Airtel. This also includes Bharti Hexacom Limited circles.
