News India Live, Digital Desk: Shravan sahu murder case: A big update has now surfaced in the famous Shravan Sahu murder case of Lucknow shook the entire state. The main accused in the case, Akil Ansari alias Babu Khan, has been granted bail by the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court. This decision is also shocking because the case is being investigated by the NIA (National Investigation Agency), the country’s largest investigating agency.
What is this heartbreaking case?
This story is about the struggle for a helpless father’s justice and his painful death. In 2013, Ayush, son of Shravan Sahu, a businessman from Saadatganj area of Lucknow, was killed. Shravan Sahu was fighting alone to punish the murderers of his young son. He was the main witness in this case.
It is alleged that he was constantly being pressurized to withdraw the case, but he stayed. Finally, on 1 February 2017, fearless criminals entered their shop and furred him with bullets. A father, who was asking for justice for his son, fell victim to that fight himself.
Why did NIA have to investigate?
Such a murder of a witness in broad daylight in the capital Lucknow was stirred up. The then Akhilesh Yadav government raised serious questions about law and order. Later, when Yogi Adityanath’s government came, the investigation was handed over to the NIA in view of the seriousness of the case. The NIA made Babu Khan the main accused in the murder.
Now the same main accused has got bail from the High Court, who has brought a new twist in this entire case.
