Agra gwalior expressway:The journey which was first filled with crooked paths and tiredness of hours, will now give speed and thrill experience soon. The Agra-Gwalior Greenfield Expressway connecting Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh is now on the way to become a reality, and the most beautiful part of this dream is the magnificent hanging bridge being built on the Chambal river.
‘A wonder of engineering’ connecting two states
The Chambal River, which is known for its ravines and natural beauty, is taking sample shape of engineering over it. This hanging bridge (swing bridge) is not just a bridge, but it is a symbol of eradicating the distance of two states. It will connect Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh directly to Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh.
Till now, it took more than 3 hours to go from Agra to Gwalior, but this distance will be completed in just 90 minutes after this expressway and hanging bridge is formed. This will not only save the time of common people, but it will also be a big relief for passengers going from Delhi to Gwalior.

This expressway is being constructed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and will prove to be a milestone for the development of the Chambal region. This bridge will not only smooth traffic, but will also open new doors of trade and tourism in this backward area. This bridge is not just a concrete and steel structure, but a new highway of the progress of rugged, which will take development to a new height.
