Alert of heavy rain alert in Uttar Pradesh next two days, relief is expected

For the last few days, the moderate to heavy rains in Lucknow and many other parts of the state have brought great relief to people from humidity and heat. According to the Meteorological Department, it has been forecast that more than 25 districts including Purvanchal and Bundelkhand may receive torrential rains on Wednesday and Thursday.

Meanwhile, light to moderate rains are expected to continue for the next three to four days in more than 40 districts in Lucknow and its surroundings. On Tuesday, Lucknow recorded a maximum temperature of 32.9 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature of 25.2 degrees Celsius. In the coming days, there is a possibility of similar stability in temperature.

Senior meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh has said that now the monsoon has spread throughout Uttar Pradesh. There are indications of rain in different parts of the state throughout the week. However, for the next two days, the monsoon will be particularly active in the southern districts of the state and will get heavy rains.

Especially, Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Mahoba, Jhansi, Lalitpur and the surrounding areas are expected to receive extreme heavy rainfall in the next two days. A warning of lightning has also been issued for these sensitive districts.

In addition, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor and near their nearby areas are also expected to receive heavy rains with lightning and strong winds. The Meteorological Department says that light to moderate rainfall will continue in Lucknow for the next three to four days.
