The election atmosphere in Bihar has started heating up and at the same time the speculations have also increased whether everything is going well regarding the distribution of seats in the opposition grand alliance? Has the talks on seats between RJD, Congress and Left parties been resolved or worsened?
Today Congress has put a full stop to all these questions and rumours. Congress spokesperson Pawan Kheda has clearly said that there is no problem in the Bihar Grand Alliance. Everything is going very smoothly and all the allies will fight the elections unitedly.
‘There is no conflict, we are all together’
Speaking to the media in Delhi, Pawan Kheda said, “There is no tussle or problem regarding seat sharing in Bihar. Our talks are going in the right direction.”
He emphasized that the Grand Alliance is like a strong family and we all are going to fight this election together. His statement has come to refute the reports which were saying that there are differences between Congress and RJD regarding seats.
The message is clear: we will unite and challenge BJP
This statement of Congress has come at a time when it is very important to show that the opposition is completely united. This statement has two big implications:
- Message to workers: To give a message to all the workers of the alliance that everything is fine at the upper level, so they should work together on the ground.
- Reply to the opposition: To tell the opponents that their efforts to create divisions in the Grand Alliance will not succeed.
So overall the Grand Alliance is trying hard to give the message that there is no major dispute regarding the number of seats and their only objective is to enter the electoral fray unitedly. Now it remains to be seen how strong this unity appears when the list of seats is revealed.
