New Delhi: Tension between India and Pakistan is increasing after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam. Meanwhile, another nefarious act of Pakistan has come to light. The Pakistani Army has started military exercises near the Line of Control. According to Pakistani media reports, live firing drilled during that time, using real heavy weapons, tanks and cannons.
Ever since India has talked about taking action against terrorists, Pakistan is scared. They are afraid of attacking India day and night. His minister called the media at midnight and said that India can attack anytime.
Pakistan’s Defense Minister has also feared an attack from India. In such a situation, the Pakistani army is going to start live firing exercises with real weapons and ammunition. Live firing practice means firing with real ammunition. This is the kind of practice that any country does to test its strength before war.
Pakistan’s Geo News Channel quoted the army as saying that the purpose of this practice is to give a befitting reply to any enemy attack and is being organized as a preparation for a real war. Army soldiers and officers are active in those war exercises.
According to Pakistani media, the operation was carried out in areas controlled by Kiani and Mandal sectors between 29-30 April. Some reports also mention the Tilla test firing range. The Pakistani army often tests its weapons there.
The Pakistani Army says, “This is a general war exercise, but analysts say that in view of the developments, the time and place of war exercise can be aimed at inciting the opposing side (India).”
India has already accused Pakistan of killing 26 innocent tourists by terrorists inspired by Pakistan in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.
