News India Live, Digital Desk: Jai Siya Ram and Jai Bajrangbali friends! We all know that in this Kaliyuga, if any god listens to the cries of his devotees the earliest, then he is our Hanuman Ji Are. And we all also know what is the biggest ‘password’ to please Hanuman ji? he is“Name of God Ram”,
Often when we are troubled or go to the temple for peace of mind, we sit there and start chanting or kirtan of Ram’s name. This is a very good thing, because wherever Ram’s name is mentioned, Hanuman ji comes running there. But do you know that there are some rules and restrictions for doing kirtan or chanting while sitting in a temple?
Unknowingly, in the spirit of devotion, we commit such small mistakes due to which we do not get the results we desire. Come, let us understand as a friend and devotee what things we should keep in mind while sitting in front of Hanuman ji and remembering Ram ji.
1. Not noise, ‘feeling’ is important
Many times we see that people shout and sing bhajans very loudly in the temple. Remember, Hanuman ji is a devotee of Ram, and Ram ji’s nature is ‘calm’ and ‘respectful’. When you sing Kirtan, try to make your voice sweet and the feeling deep. It is not necessary that you sing very loudly, it is important that your mind is at the feet of Ram ji. Do not make so much noise that it disturbs the meditation of other devotees sitting nearby.
2. Avoid ostentation, keep your mobile away
Nowadays, a new habit has developed: less devotion and more selfies. If you are sitting in the temple for Kirtan, please silence your phone or keep it inside your pocket. Hanuman ji likes those devotees who forget the world and become engrossed in Ram, not those who check WhatsApp in between Kirtan. Your entire focus should be on the idol of the Lord and His name.
3. Don’t just say ‘Ram’, say ‘Sita-Ram’
Experts and elders in the scriptures say that Hanuman ji feels most happy when you take the name of Mother Sita along with Ram ji. More effective than the name of Ram alone “Sitaram” Or “Hail Siya Ram” It is considered as kirtan. Due to this, Hanuman ji becomes overjoyed because for him the place of Mother Sita is revered.
4. Clear mind and purity
We not only do physical cleanliness (bath) before going to the temple, but mental cleanliness is also important. While doing Kirtan, do not keep any evil, jealousy or anger in your heart towards anyone. Hanuman ji never ignores the call of that devotee whose mind is as pure as a child.
5. Bhog and Diya after Kirtan
When your kirtan or chanting is complete, do not get up empty handed. According to your devotion, offer jaggery, gram, laddu or just basil leaves to Hanumanji and if possible, light a lamp of jasmine oil or ghee. With this your worship is considered complete.
