Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal has made serious allegations against former Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal. Maliwal says that he is now confident that Bibhav Kumar had physically damaged him on the instructions of Arvind Kejriwal.
Swati Maliwal’s statement: “I was beaten by Kejriwal”
Swati Maliwal claimed in an interview that by not taking any action against Bibhav Kumar, Arvind Kejriwal is continuously giving him protection. He alleged:
“I am now completely sure that the violence that happened to me took place on the orders of Arvind Kejriwal. If it did not happen, why are Bibhav Kumar getting so many facilities? All this is happening in the fear that if Bibhbhav is angry, he can bring the truth out. “
Bibhav Kumar accused of Z Plus security
Maliwal alleged that the Punjab government has provided Z Plus security to Bibhav Kumar. They said,
“This is the person who brutally beat me in Kejriwal’s drawing room. Now he is being given equal facilities to the cabinet minister by making him an advisor to the Punjab government. ”
He said that 70 commandos of Punjab Police are posted under security for Bibhav Kumar.
Supreme Court’s comment and promotion of Bibhav
Swati Maliwal said that the Supreme Court had called Bibhav Kumar a goon and placed a condition at the time of his bail that he would not be given any important post. Despite this, he has been appointed as an advisor to the Chief Minister in Punjab.
He also said that Bibhav is being paid more than the cabinet minister and senior officers of Punjab, such as Chief Secretary and DGP, are reporting to him.
Government Kothi case
Maliwal also alleged that Arvind Kejriwal evacuated a senior MP like ND Gupta and allotted it to Kothi Bibhav Kumar.
Direct attack on Kejriwal
Maliwal said:
“Arvind Kejriwal is now busy saving and promoting Bibhav Kumar. He is afraid that if Bibhav has revealed the truth, his image will have a profound impact. “
