Rampur/Sitapur:Today is a big relief day for Azam Khan, a strong leader of Samajwadi Party and former MLA from Rampur. In another case of land occupation, he has got bail from the MP-MLA court of Rampur. The case was forcibly related to the quality bar of Rampur.
As soon as this bail is received, the path of Azam Khan coming out of Sitapur jail is completely clear.
What is the whole matter?
The case was related to allegations of forcibly occupying the quality bar at Rampur. It was alleged that Azam Khan and his close ones had illegally captured this property. The case was going on for a long time in this case and today the court approved Azam Khan’s bail plea after hearing the arguments of both the parties.
Why is this bail so important?
Azam Khan has been lodged in Sitapur jail for a long time. There are dozens of cases registered against him and he had got bail in almost all cases one by one. This quality bar case was considered to be the last major case, due to which his release was stopped.
Now after getting bail in this case too, they will be released from Sitapur Jail as soon as the legal process is completed. Since this news, there has been a wave of happiness among Samajwadi Party workers and their supporters in Rampur and Lucknow. It is expected that he will soon come out of jail and play an active role in politics once again.
