November 13 has been declared a public holiday in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Private and government schools will remain closed on this day due to South Assembly elections. Apart from this, banks will also remain closed. A day earlier i.e. on November 12, government and private schools with polling stations will remain closed.

Guru Nanak Jayanti is going to be celebrated in the month of November itself. On November 15, all schools, colleges as well as offices will remain closed in Chhattisgarh. Apart from this, there is also Kartik Purnima and Guru Parv. This day is also a government holiday in some states. Schools, colleges, banks etc. are going to remain closed.
