News India Live, Digital Desk: The evaluation work of UP Board copies is in the final stage and now the entire focus of the board is to declare the result on time without any mistake. To make this process transparent and fast, UP Board has made a major change. The board is now ready to upload the marks obtained from the answer sheets on the digital portal. ‘Outsourcing Computer Operators’ Is going to seek help.
Why was the decision of outsourcing taken? (The New Digitization Strategy)
The aim of the board is that there should be zero scope for manipulation of marks or human error in the result.
Speed and Accuracy: Uploading the marks of crores of subjects of lakhs of students on the portal is a huge task. With the help of outsourcing operators, this data entry work can be completed in record time.
Less pressure on regional offices: There is huge pressure on all the five regional offices of UP Board (Prayagraj, Meerut, Varanasi, Bareilly and Gorakhpur) to prepare the results. With the new arrangement, the regular employees of the board will get more time for monitoring.
Work under strict supervision: These operators will work under the direct supervision of board officials so that the privacy of the data is maintained.
When will UP Board result come? (Tentative Date)
The work of uploading the numbers will start immediately after the evaluation. According to board sources:
By second week of April: A target has been set to complete the number feeding work.
Late April or early May: UP Board 10th and 12th results can be declared together.
Digital Marksheet: This time too, the digitally signed marksheet will be made available online to the students immediately after the declaration of the result.
Important information for students
UP Board has advised students and parents to beware of fraudsters who ask for money in the name of increasing marks. The board has clarified that change in marks is not possible at any stage due to evaluation and digital data entry under CCTV surveillance.
