The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has once again made changes in the schedule of NEET UG Counseling 2025. According to the new schedule released, the last round of counselling, i.e. Stray Vacancy Round, will now start from 4th November 2025.
This change has been made so that students who have been allotted seats in Round 3 can get enough time to report to colleges. The last date of reporting for students who got seats in Round 3 has been set as November 20, 2025.
This stray vacancy round will be the last and golden opportunity to fulfill their dream of becoming a doctor for those students who have not been able to get a seat in any round till now.

- Registration and payment process: November 4 to November 9, 2025
- Choice Filling and Locking: November 5 to November 9, 2025
- Seat allotment process: November 10 to November 11, 2025
- Result announcement: November 12, 2025
- Reporting at allotted college: November 13 to November 20, 2025

Candidates wishing to participate in this round will have to visit the official website of MCC and complete the online registration process.

- Click on the section ‘UG Medical Counselling’ on the homepage.
- Find the link given for ‘Stray Vacancy Round Registration’ and click on it.
- Complete the registration form by filling in your personal and NEET UG related information and pay the prescribed counseling fee.
- After registration, do the choice filling carefully for the colleges of your choice and do not forget to lock it before the last date.
