He further said, “Yes, the Champions Trophy is an important tournament. But it does not mean that if they do not perform there then they will be dropped from the World Cup. We will try everyone. The process of making the team for the World Cup will start only in 2025, but experience is something you cannot buy. They (Rohit and Virat) are invaluable.”
Champions Trophy will not be the yardstick
