Gorakhpur, September 6 (HS). Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the National Membership Campaign 2024 of the Bharatiya Janata Party is a nationalist mission and every person who loves the nation and follows national values and principles should join the BJP.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was inaugurating the BJP's national membership campaign for his home booth (number) 223 (old Gorakhpur ward) of Gorakhpur city assembly constituency on Friday. Yogi is also a worker of this booth committee. In the membership launch program organized at Gorakhnath temple, the Chief Minister gave information about the toll free number 8800002024 to the people present and got them digitally enrolled in the party in his presence. The Chief Minister said that this membership campaign was launched on September 1 at the national level. BJP's membership campaign runs every six years across the country. Along with BJP workers, people willing to join the party's nationalist mission also become a part of it. The Chief Minister said that BJP is the largest political party in the world. It is the only party in the country that runs on nationalist values and principles.
Make more and more BJP members at booth level
On this occasion, Chief Minister Yogi said that he is a worker of booth number 223 and wherever he gets the opportunity to vote, BJP always emerges victorious with the support of people with nationalist ideas. All booth workers should try to make as many people as possible members of BJP at the booth. With this goal in mind, he has come to personally communicate with the people.
100 ordinary members will become active members
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that if any person dials toll free number 8800002024 from his smart phone, he will become a digital ordinary member of BJP as soon as the missed call is made. The membership certificate will come on the mobile. He said that the person who makes 100 ordinary members will become an active member of the party and only an active member will be eligible to become an officer of the party. After verification of the ordinary membership campaign, the campaign for active membership will start from October 1.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath encouraged the people who took membership at booth number 223 by taking selfies with them. The Chief Minister also congratulated everyone on Hartalika Teej. In this membership campaign program, BJP's Metropolitan President Rajesh Gupta, Councilor Pawan Tripathi and Booth No. 223 President Amit Srivastava welcomed the Chief Minister by offering a bouquet.
