News India Live, Digital Desk: The year 2025 is now about to say goodbye to us and 2026 is knocking at the door. Whenever the new year comes, we all wish that the coming year brings happiness, health and lots of blessings for our family. We clean the house, buy new things. But sometimes even after everything goes well, a strange heaviness or negativity is felt in the house. Our elders say that sometimes even while laughing and playing, the house gets “evil eye”.
If you want the environment of your home to be positive in 2026 and evils to stay away, then there are some ‘lucky’ things mentioned in Vastu Shastra, which can change your luck if brought home. Come, let us know what those 5 easy things are.
1. Metal Tortoise: Symbol of stability
Tortoise is considered very auspicious since ancient times. It is said that where there is a tortoise, everything remains ‘stable’ there, be it money or happiness.
- What to do: Bring home a small metal (brass or silver) turtle on New Year.
- Where to place: Place it in a bowl filled with water in the North direction. It opens the way for money to come and removes financial constraints.
2. Pyramid: Enemy of negativity.
If there are fights among the family members without any reason or the mind remains disturbed, then pyramid is the best.
- What to do: Buy a copper, brass or crystal pyramid.
- Benefit: It absorbs the ‘Vastu defects’ of the house and increases positive energy. Place it in the room where the family spends most time.
3. Black Horseshoe: Protective cover
Perhaps we all have heard about this since childhood. If you feel that the progress of your home has been affected by someone’s evil eye, then horseshoe is the perfect solution.
- What to do: Place it above the main gate in a U shape (open upwards). It protects the house from evil forces and negative thoughts.
4. Parrot picture or statue: for children
If you have children in your house and they are not interested in studies, then Parrot is the symbol of planet Mercury which gives intelligence.
- What to do: Place a beautiful picture or statue of a parrot in the north direction. It brings happiness in the house and increases the focus of children.
5. Wind Chimes: Melodious sound
When the silence in the house starts to sting, take help of wind chimes. Its sweet voice activates the “stagnant energy” of the house.
- Benefit: When the wind chime hits the air, the laziness and negativity present in the house goes away with that sound.
small effort, big change
These things are not very expensive, but believe me, their impact is very deep. Start 2026 with these auspicious things, so that you and your family keep smiling throughout the year.
