Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has issued a detailed notification for bumper recruitment on 9015 posts of Senior Teacher (Second Grade Teacher) in the Department of Secondary Education. The process of online application for these posts will start from tomorrow. This recruitment is being done to fill the vacancies in various subjects, so that the education system in the state can be further strengthened. Applicable process and important dates: Candidates wishing to apply for these posts will be able to apply online by visiting RPSC’s official website rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in or through their SSO ID (Single Sign-on ID). The online application window will open from 17 August 2025 and the last date will be 16 September 2025. Candidates are advised to submit their application in time to avoid the technical complications of the last time. The application process will be fully online, and all necessary documents have to be uploaded in the prescribed format. Partity Criteria: Candidates have to have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject as well as B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) to apply for the posts of Senior Teacher. There may also be specific qualification criteria for some posts, for whose detailed information, candidates should see the official notification. With respect to the age limit, the minimum age is generally fixed at 18 years and the maximum age of 40 years, although the candidates of reserved classes will be provided exemption in the upper age limit as per government rules.
