Sadhika has lodged an FIR against Swami Chaitanyand Saraswati in Rohini court of Delhi. She says that when she was 21 years old, between 2004 and 2011, Chaitanyanand sexually assaulted her several times. In a statement before the court, he said that when she screamed during sexual harassment, Chaitanyandan scolded her.
