Central government’s special focus on awareness of the Constitution

The political debate on the Constitution has been intense in the country for the last few months. The central government has become active in responding to the opposition’s narrative on this issue. After two days of debate on the Constitution in Parliament, the government plans to celebrate the 75th year of the Constitution in a grand manner. In this sequence, a special stall will be set up for Constitution awareness in the upcoming Mahakumbh 2025 also.

This stall will be set up by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, in which special emphasis will be given on the Constitution and information related to it. Through this, the government will present constitutional values ​​like harmony, unity and justice on the huge stage of Mahakumbh.

Constitution Stall: What will be special?

The Ministry has prepared a magnificent pavilion to explain the importance of the Constitution in the Mahakumbh.

1. Constitution information:
   • Information on the Preamble and key provisions of the Constitution of India.
   • Stories of great men who contributed to the making of the Constitution.
2. Digital Resources:
   • E-copy of the Constitution will be available, which people can read.
   • Explanation of the Constitution in simple language through a digital flip book.
3. Posters and Materials:
   • Posters containing copies of the Preamble and the first page of the Constitution will be put up in the Mahakumbh complex.
   • Literature and books will also be available which people can buy.

Demonstration of welfare schemes of central government

The government will tell crores of devotees coming to Mahakumbh what steps it has taken for the welfare of SC, ST and OBC classes.

The Ministry has tried to present constitutional awareness by linking Mahakumbh with the spirit of harmony, unity and justice.
