Complete process to change address in passport:

Step 1: Visit Passport Seva Portal:
First of all go to the official website of Indian Passport Service (passportindia.gov.in). This is your first and most important step.

Step 2: Register or Login:

• If you are a new user, register yourself by clicking on ‘New User Registration’. For this you will have to give your name, email ID and other details.
• If you are already registered, then click on ‘Existing User Login’ and log in by entering your user ID and password.

Step 3: Select application type:
