The administration has made significant increase in circle rates in developing areas around Lucknow. In areas situated along the Purvanchal Expressway, the circle rate has been increased by eight to ten thousand rupees per square meter. Apart from this, the circle rate from Polytechnic intersection to Barabanki on Faizabad Road will increase from 33 thousand to 66 thousand rupees per square meter.
Similarly, on the roads up to Mohanlalganj on Lucknow-Sultanpur Road, the circle rate has been proposed from 18 thousand rupees per square meter to 55 thousand rupees. The administration has also increased the rates on Lucknow-Rae Bareli Road, where the proposed rates ranges from 18 thousand to 40 thousand rupees per square meter.
