Commercial LPG gas prices cut, no relief after the increase in LPG prices in April

LPG price on 1 May 2025 : Indian Oil has reduced the price of LPG gas. According to the information, the 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has become cheaper today. The price of commercial cylinders has been cut by up to Rs 17.

What is its cost in which city?

Today i.e. on May 1, the price of commercial cylinder in Kolkata has now increased to Rs 1851.50 instead of Rs 1868.50. Whereas in Mumbai, the price of this cylinder has now been Rs 1699 instead of Rs 1713.50 and in Chennai, instead of Rs 1921.50, it has been Rs 1906.50. Whereas in Delhi it will be available for Rs 1747.50.

What are the changes in LPG?

While there has been no change in the price of domestic LPG. Today i.e. from May 1, 2025, domestic LPG cylinder will be available in Delhi for Rs 853, Kolkata for Rs 879, Mumbai for Rs 852.50 and Chennai for Rs 868.50.

On April 8, the price of domestic LPG was suddenly increased by Rs 50.

Domestic LPG gas prices were updated on 8 April. The government then increased the price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder by Rs 50. This increase has occurred after about a year. On April 1, the price of commercial LPG cylinder was changed.
