The Vietnamese government has given it national priority. It has approved land acquisition and financial audit processes without following legal requirements.
The project belongs to the Trump family. The Trump family has also been offered projects such as hotels and golf courses in Bali and West Java, Indonesia. It has ignored legal procedures.
Türkiye and Azerbaijan attempted to attract the Trump family
