Owaisi’s concern over Bihar voter list: ‘The names of Muslim voters are being removed, this deep conspiracy’ – Demand for improvement from Election Commission

All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief and MP from Hyderabad Asaduddin Owaisi has expressed serious concern about the revision (amendment) of the ongoing voter list (amendment) of the ongoing voter list in Bihar. Owaisi alleges that there are large -scale disturbances during this process and especially the names of Muslim voters are being removed from the voter list or mistakes are being made in them.

MP Owaisi said that it could be a deep conspiracy to dismant the right to vote for Muslims. He said that his party workers in Bihar are constantly receiving complaints from different areas where either voters’ names have errors or they have been disappeared from the list itself. This is especially increasing in places where the influence of AIMIM is considered.

Raising this serious issue, Asaduddin Owaisi has directly approached the Election Commission. He has demanded that complete transparency should be kept in the process of amendment of the voter list in Bihar and all kinds of disturbances should be corrected. Owaisi emphasized that no qualified voter should be denied the right to vote, without any discrimination. He warned that if it is not taken care of in time, it can affect the upcoming elections.
