Deputy Chief Minister Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya emphasizes on airport-to-airport cooperation in Germany

This is not the first time that the state government is sending a minister on a trip and trying to get investment opportunities from foreign countries, but due to the central government’s immense trust in the OBC leader, a change has started taking place among the people of the state.

Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya held an important meeting with senior representatives of Frankfurt Airport Region, Germany. During this, he met Mr. Manfred Okkel, Mayor of Kelsterbach, Mr. David Rendell, Mayor of Raunheim and Mr. Stefan Wittekind, CEO of Innovation Rhinemann and held meetings on various aspects of India-Germany industrial partnership.

The main focus was the potential collaboration between Germany’s Frankfurt Airport and Uttar Pradesh’s Noida International Airport. In the talks, special emphasis was laid on preparing a joint action plan in the areas of logistics, data center development, innovation ecosystem and industrial development.

Shri Maurya said that through the double engine government, more and more businesses and companies from abroad have to be established in Uttar Pradesh so that the youth of the state get employment opportunities, women have to be economically empowered and rural areas have to be taken on the path of development.

He expressed confidence that the airport-to-airport cooperation model will strengthen global supply-chain connectivity and develop a world-class industrial ecosystem in the state.

In the meeting, it was also agreed to further strengthen trade relations between the two countries and create a favorable environment for investors.
