Dilip Ghosh’s wife Rinku Majumdar is divorced and has been active in BJP for a long time. Both have been acquainted since 2021, since then there was a good friendship between the two, although no official information was revealed about their relationship earlier.

Dilip Ghosh started his political journey in 1984 through the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). While in BJP, he has created an impressive place in West Bengal politics. Under his leadership, the BJP won 18 of the 42 seats in West Bengal in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, although the party did not get the expected success in the 2024 election.
