News India Live, Digital Desk: Kitchen is the heart of any home. Food is not only cooked here for our body, but the happiness, prosperity and health of the entire family is also linked here. In Vastu Shastra, kitchen has been said to be the place of Mother Annapurna.

Many times we work in a hurry and some things slip out of our hands. We consider it a common thing and ignore it. But, according to Shakun Shastra and Vaastu, if certain things are repeatedly falling from your hands, then it is not just a coincidence. These may be signs of good or bad times to come.

Let us know what the falling of things in the kitchen gives us.

1. Oil spill
If oil, especially mustard oil, repeatedly falls from your hands in the kitchen, then you should be a little careful. Oil is considered to be related to Saturn, the god of justice. Falling of oil indicates that some financial problem may arise in your life or your debt burden may increase. This may also be a sign of Saturn being angry, which may cause hindrances in work.

2. Boiling of milk and spilling of milk
Milk is associated with the Moon, which symbolizes peace of mind and home. Often milk kept on gas boils and falls out of the vessel. It is normal to happen sometimes, but if this incident is happening to you again and again, then it is not considered auspicious. This could be a sign of a family member being ill or increasing tension in the family. It is also linked to increase in negative energy in the house.

3. Salt falling from hand
There is no taste in food without salt, similarly it has great importance in life also. In astrology, salt is considered to be related to the planets Venus and Moon. Repeated falling of salt from hand is a sign of weakness of these two planets. This may bring sourness in your married life and you may also have to face financial crisis.

4. Falling of puja items or vermilion
It is also considered an inauspicious sign for the puja plate or vermilion box to fall from one’s hand. Especially, vermilion falling from the hands of a married woman can be a sign of some trouble coming to her husband or disturbance in his health. It can also be a sign of some trouble coming to the family.

5. Dispersion of grains (rice, wheat, pulses)
Food is considered to be the form of Mother Annapurna. If grains are repeatedly scattered on the ground while serving food or putting them in boxes, then it is an insult to Goddess Annapurna. This may be a sign of reduction in the blessings of food and money in the house. If ever a grain falls, one should pick it up, put it on the forehead and ask for forgiveness and then throw it to ants or birds.

The purpose of these things is not to scare you, but to make you aware of small incidents happening around you, so that you can remain a little alert.
