Doubt on Yunus’s intention: Is it really a concern for Hindus or the politics of vote bank?

Yunus said, “Around 17 crore people live in Bangladesh. My efforts will have to bring people of all communities together and protect them. I will not let any minority be tortured.” Political experts are expressing doubts over Younis’s statement. The question is arising whether Yunus really worries about the safety of Hindus and other minorities or is it just a trick to save its chair.

But it is being said that a different objective is hidden behind this announcement. Because in the last few months, there have been continuous attacks on Hindus and other minority communities in Bangladesh. According to media reports, there have been more than a thousand incidents of atrocities on Hindus in 2024. Also, the Yunus government has failed to stop all these incidents and take action on them. The hands of radical Islamic groups are being described behind these attacks. The Yunus government has also faced criticism globally.

Apart from this, India has also expressed displeasure over the atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh. Yunus’s right is being questioned. His resignation is also being demanded. Meanwhile, Younus has made a big announcement about the safety of Hindus. This raises doubts that Yunus did this trick to save his chair. Due to pressure from the opposition and army, it is becoming difficult for Yunus to remain in power, due to which they have raised questions about the safety of Hindus.

According to political experts, this attitude of Yunus is an attempt to improve his image. He has raised the issue of safety of Hindus for fear of being out of power.
