The ED said the registration value of the attached land was only Rs. 6.56 crores, but its current market price is Rs. More than 70 crores. 64-year-old Harak Singh Rawat is the former forest minister of the state. Before the 2022 Uttarakhand Assembly elections, he left BJP and joined Congress.
