News India Live, Digital Desk: Big Action of High Court: Officers have to suffer serious consequences if the court orders are not followed in the judicial process. One such case has come up where the Allahabad High Court of Etah district of Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Officer (BSA) The charge of contempt of court has been framed against the court. Along with this, the court has directed the BSA Etah to appear in the court and respond to why the contempt action should not be initiated against him.
Actually, this entire controversy is associated with the amount of Provident Fund – PF of an employee. A basic education employee of Etah had retired. Under the rules, the amount of his entire PF was to be paid soon after retirement.

Court stance: When the employee felt that his case was not resolved at the administrative level, he moved to the Allahabad High Court and pleaded for justice.

High Court order: The High Court heard the case and ordered BSA Etah to pay the outstanding PF amount as soon as possible as per the rules.

Disregard: However, despite the clear order of the court, BSA Etah did not pay the PF within the stipulated time limit, causing trouble to the victim’s employee again.
