News India Live, Digital Desk: A futuristic security plan: The European Union (EU) has prepared an ambitious plan to make its eastern borders even more secure, under which it wants to build a type of drone wall. It will not be a brick-stone wall, but a virtual and technical safety enclosure equipped with modern technology and monitoring systems, which will keep a close watch on the borders with the use of drones.
In fact, the European Union is struggling with the ever -increasing illegal infiltration, smuggling and other security challenges on its eastern borders. The activities of immigrants and smugglers have increased on the borders with countries such as Belarus and Russia, which has put pressure on security agencies. To deal with these challenges and to strengthen its external boundaries, EU is thinking of embodimenting this special plan.
The main objective of this ‘drone wall’ is to monitor every activity happening on the border in real time. It will use drone equipped with state -of -the -art cameras, sensors and thermal imaging, which will monitor borders from the sky round the clock. With this, any suspicious activity will be detected immediately and the Border Security Force will be able to take fast action. This system will also be linked to techniques like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning, so that it can identify the dangers itself and issue the necessary alerts.
The European Union believes that this drone wall will not only increase the safety of boundaries, but will also take into account human aspects. It can also be helpful in identifying and providing assistance to the crisis -affected people, while the illegal entering criminals will also be able to keep strict monitoring. This scheme will cover all the countries that borders EU and from where they often try to infiltrate. This ambitious project will require deep cooperation and investment between the member countries of the European Union, but security experts are calling it an important step according to future security needs.
