NCRTC is giving you a chance to organize your party in ‘Namo Bharat Rapid Rail Coach’. In simple words, you can now book ‘Rapid Rail’ for birthday parties, pre-wedding shoots, small and big functions or private functions.

However, Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) already offers similar booking facility on the Aqua Line. Now this facility will also be made available for specific locations of Rapid Rail. According to NCRTC, a mock-up coach is also available for static shooting at its depot at Duhai, near Meerut. The party will be held at a location of your choice
According to the report, rapid rail for private companies is available only at select locations. NCRTC officials said that this option is available in the entire NCR. This will include stations located at major locations like Anand Vihar, Ghaziabad and Meerut South.
How to book?
Booking charges start from ₹5,000, i.e. ₹5,000 per hour. Additionally, 30 minutes of time is available for setup and personalization. According to NCRTC, photography teams or event planners can book rapid rail for private functions. There is only one application process through which booking can be done.
Organization of private events on Rapid Rail
Now if you think that organizing private events on the Rapid Rail may cause inconvenience to regular passengers, then a solution has been found for this too. According to NCRTC, these parties or events can be organized without disturbing the regular passengers.
This service is available from 6 am to 11 pm. “Every festival is organized under the strict surveillance of NCRTC staff and security personnel to ensure security of the property and adherence to operational protocols,” an official said.
