News India Live, Digital Desk: The entire Uttar Pradesh is painted in the color of devotion to Lord Shiva, because today is the first Monday of the holy month of Sawan. The enthusiasm of Shiva devotees can be gauged from the crowds who are thronging during the Kavad Yatra and heavy queues of devotees in the pagoda. The slogans of ‘Har-Har Mahadev’ and the slogans of Bol Bomb of ‘Har-Har Mahadev’ are creating a wave of devotion in the atmosphere, for which the government and the administration have also made strict arrangements for security and convenience. Along with devotion, the weather is showing its mood. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has estimated light to moderate rains in many parts of the state, especially in some places in western Uttar Pradesh. However, in some areas of eastern Uttar Pradesh, the process of heat and humidity will still continue, due to which people are waiting for monsoon showers. This rain has come up with expectation for sowing and crops for farmers, but in some areas, ‘Yellow Alert’ has also been released in view of heavy rains. The political landscape is also not calm. State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself is on alert for the arrangements of Sawan and especially the Kanwar Yatra. He has given strict instructions to the police and administration to take full care of the security, traffic management and the facilities of the devotees so that peaceful and systematic environment is maintained throughout the month. The Chief Minister has emphasized the importance of religious harmony and smooth philosophy. However, political attacks are also going on by opposition parties. Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav is constantly questioning the government’s policies, development and law and order issues. He is leaving no stone unturned to remove flaws in government work and make a place of his party among the public before the upcoming elections. At the same time, BSP supremo Mayawati is also currently focusing political pulse and is keeping restraint on her reactions on major developments. His eyes are on these political and social changes before the upcoming elections. Overall, the first Monday of Sawan has become a wonderful confluence of faith, changing weather and political warmth in Uttar Pradesh, which reflects the multidimensional form of state’s life.
