Good news for Uber drivers, they will get full earnings, company started new service:

There is a big news for those traveling by cab and especially for those drivers who work hard day and night. Uber has adopted a new approach for all its drivers in India, whether they drive a car, auto or bike. You can consider this as a kind of ‘subscription plan’. The company started it a few weeks ago and has now implemented it across the country.

This step of Uber is not sudden. Actually, it is facing tough competition from other companies like Rapido and Ola. Notably, Rapido, which is growing very fast, uses a similar subscription model for its drivers. For this reason many drivers are preferring to join Rapido. Now Uber has also adopted the same path to maintain its hold in the market.

The company itself has admitted this. Uber said in a statement, “The market is changing, and we are changing accordingly. Now all our vehicles, whether cars, autos or bikes, will run on a subscription model.”

Earlier it used to be that Uber kept 15-20% of the earnings from each ride. Due to this, the drivers complained that a large part of their hard-earned money gets deducted.

How will drivers benefit from this?

Drivers will directly benefit from this new subscription model. Now they will not need to pay commission to the company on every ride. Instead, they will charge a fixed daily or monthly subscription fee. After that, whatever income is earned during the day will entirely belong to the driver.

An Uber driver said that because of this new system, almost all the money earned from the ride is now coming to him. Uber has currently launched daily and monthly subscription plans for drivers.
