Educational qualification

Selection process

The selection process of SBI PO is completed in three stages:

1. Preliminary Exam: This is the first phase in which objective type questions are asked from quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. Only candidates who pass it are selected for the main examination.

2. Main Exam: This is the second and most important phase. It contains both objective and descriptive papers. It includes questions related to regional and computer, data analysis, general/banking awareness and English language.

3. Psychometric Test, Group Exercise and Interview: Candidates who are successful in the main examination are called for the final phase, in which their personality, communication skills and banking knowledge are tested.
