While running in the race of life, we all desire happiness by fulfilling our purpose, but sometimes we stop on the question that what is happiness? What kind of comfort do we need? Does the concept of happiness take shape in our mind with complete clarity?
Sometimes we understand happiness as satisfaction or contentment, sometimes as success and sometimes as salvation or sometimes as accumulation of material resources and the comforts obtained from them. Overall, sometimes we are unable to understand the meaning of the thing we keep running after in our life. In such a situation, it is best that we keep moving towards the purpose of life while keeping it clear. Also, a person should enjoy every moment in this journey of achieving the goal without worrying about the past or the future.
Then this process of achieving purpose in our life will definitely make us feel happy because happiness is related to the inner mind. Unless our mind feels happy, no material means can make us happy. The real happiness that we seek in the outer world can never be found through material means.
If we really want happiness, we have to look for happiness of the mind. If our purpose is helpful in fulfilling our desires as well as in the welfare of the society, then it will definitely give us happiness.
Therefore, one should always keep the mind calm and do one's work with love and always remember that whatever is there is at this moment. Neither the moment before this can be in our control nor the moment that comes after this moment will be in our control. When we start focusing on the present, we start enjoying every moment to the fullest. In such a situation, we will definitely start getting a lot of happiness.
