Appearance: ‘If you don’t kill me, don’t let anyone else kill me…’ These were the words of a brother-in-law to his sister-in-law. The brother-in-law’s crazy love for his sister-in-law had reached the extent of two murders. In the double murder case in Udhna area, Udhna police has arrested the killer brother-in-law and sent him to jail. He remained adamant on getting his sister-in-law married first to his wife and later in front of the Pehar side people. When the sister-in-law refused to marry him, the brother-in-law lost his temper and attacked his brother-in-law, sister-in-law and mother-in-law with a paddle. In which brother-in-law and sister-in-law died while mother-in-law was taken to the hospital for treatment.
32-year-old Sandeep Gaur was married to Varsha in Jalaram Nagar-2 of Udhna area, they also have two sons. Meanwhile, Sandeep’s mother-in-law, sister-in-law Mamta and brother-in-law had come from UP to meet him. Nishchay was going to get married in December, so the family had come to Surat for shopping. On Wednesday night, Sandeep Gaur was sitting in a closed room with his wife, brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Meanwhile, suddenly the sound of screaming came from the house. Due to which the local people informed 112 and the team reached the spot.
When the police team reached the house, a blood soaked body was found in the house. Brother-in-law, sister-in-law and his mother were injured. Due to which all these injured were taken to the hospital for treatment. On the other hand, it was revealed that this attack was carried out by Sandeep Gaur himself. Due to which the police started searching for him. Brother-in-law and sister-in-law, who were undergoing treatment in the hospital, died tragically. Udhna police has registered a case of double murder.
After the death of both, the police interrogated his wife Varsha, who was present in a closed room. In which Varsha told that in the year 2021, her sister Mamta had come to her house in search of a job. So Sandeep employed him with him at Pandesara Vedanta Studio. Gradually time passed and a love affair developed between the two. Physical relations often developed between the two. During this time, the fragrance of love between the two reached his wife Varsha. Varsha also opposed this. But Sandeep threatened to divorce her. So during that time Varsha started living with her husband Sandeep and sister Mamta.
However, Mamta’s mother came to know about the love between the two. Due to which Mamta was called back to her hometown. In December 2024, Mamta blocked Sandeep’s number and stopped communicating with him. Sandeep was telling his wife Varsha that he wanted to marry Mamta. Meanwhile, Mamta’s mother and brother had come to Surat to buy a wedding dress, so Sandeep again asked his wife Varsha to tell her family about his and Mamta’s marriage and threatened, ‘If Mamta does not marry me, I will not let her marry anyone else.’
On Wednesday night, when everyone was sitting in a closed room, Sandeep asked Mamta to marry him. But Mamta refused to marry and Mamta said, ‘I cannot betray my sister. What will happen to my sister?’ Hearing this, Sandeep became angry and attacked him with the paddle he had kept earlier.
Sandeep had attacked Mamta 13 times with a paddle. Mamta had also given the audio of the entire incident to the police, which recorded the time when Sandeep used the weapon and threatened to attack her.
Meanwhile, acting on a tip-off, police arrested Sandeep Gaur from Udhna railway station. WhatsApp chats of murderer Sandeep and Mamta have also been found. In which Sandeep had sent many obscene videos to Mamta. At present, Udhna police have registered a case of double murder in this entire incident and are investigating further.
