News India Live, Digital Desk: Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has made a very tough and serious accusation against Israel. He has termed the Israeli policy under which he prevents humanitarian aid and food and drink items in Gaza, termed the ‘cheapest and terrible form of genocide’. Khamenei put this in a meeting of an organization of Islamic countries, which were associated with ‘Western Islamic countries’. Aayatullah Khamenei claimed that Israel was deliberately punishing Gaza’s Palestinian people for their opposition (resistance). He alleged that Israel is using humanitarian aid as a weapon to punish the Palestinian people to ‘protest’ and hungry them. He described this action as a form of genocide in which the bullet does not go straight, but people are pushed close to death. Questioning the international community and western countries: The Iranian leader also questioned the silence of the United Nations (UN), Islamic Cooperation Organization (OIC) and other international forums. He said that all these organizations are not saying anything on this terrible situation or are not taking any concrete steps. Khamenei accused Western countries, especially America, of supporting Israel. According to him, Israel is daring to adopt such cruel policies due to the support of Western countries. Israel’s purpose and message of resistance: According to Khamenei, the main objective of Israel is to erase the Palestinian people completely and end their existence. He insisted that Israel would not succeed in doing so. He referred to the ‘axis of resistance’ and criticized those who are wrongly guessing or retreating in this struggle. Iran’s supreme leader said that Israel was attacked to punish the members of the ‘axis of resistance’. His gesture was probably a recent attack on the Iranian embassy in the Syrian capital Damascus, which Iran accuses Israel. He warned that Israel’s ‘Narasanhari’ acts are getting full support from America and the West, but the world will not look at it quietly. This statement comes at a time when the war between Israel and Hamas continues and the human crisis in Gaza is becoming serious. Iran has been continuously supporting Palestinian groups and considers Israel openly enemies.
