1. Visit UIDAI website: First of all open the official website of UIDAI (uidai.gov.in) on your phone or computer.
2. Select ‘My Aadhaar’: On the website you will see an option of ‘My Aadhaar’. Click on it.
3. Go to ‘Aadhaar Authentication History’: Inside this, you will find an option named ‘Aadhaar Authentication History’ in ‘Aadhaar Services’. That’s all you have to click on.
4. Enter your Aadhaar number: Now a new page will open where you will be asked to enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number and a security code. Fill it up.
5. Confirm with OTP: After this an OTP (One Time Password) will come on your registered mobile number. Enter it and submit it.
6. Select a date and see the full list: Now you can select the date from when you want to view the history (you can view records up to 6 months at a time). As soon as you select the date and submit, a complete list will appear in front of you.

In this list it will be clearly written that on what date, at what time, and for what purpose your Aadhar card was used.
