IT industry uses AI, GenAI to reduce costs and increase efficiency

Ahmedabad: Indian IT service companies have not yet made major deals in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Geornial AI (GNA). But it is being used rapidly to reduce cost costs and increase project efficiency. This is providing consumers a part of their savings to reinstate in discretionary initiatives, even if the current environment is full of uncertainty.

The increasing use of AI and GenAI represents changes in how to achieve cost savings on traditional IT projects, usually called a run-side. It has accelerated in the last three years, as the popularity of traditional cost-saving techniques such as labor arbitration and standardization of IT processes has decreased.

Enterprises in all fields are beginning to understand that the expected cost savings will not be achieved until technologies like AI and JaneAI are used in projects. IT service officials say that this is a trend that has become a part of all discussions.

Sources in the IT company stated that traditional cost adaptation deals are again in discussion, but they are also incorporating additional factors, such as seller consolidation or AI-based cost optimization. Customers can get 20 percent cost savings by incorporating AI in some part of their portfolio.
