Sonbhadra, August 19 (HS). Jammu and Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha tied a Rakhi at his sister's house in Amdih village on Monday at an auspicious time.
He had come to Amdih village in Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh on Sunday evening to get a Rakhi tied by his sister Abha Rai. He got the Rakhi tied at 1:42 on the day of Rakshabandhan. Immediately after getting the Rakhi tied by his sister Abha Rai, he came out of the house and greeted the people present there and boarded the vehicle and the convoy left for Varanasi.
