Karuna Shaman directed to present evidence of official marriage with Dhananjay Munde

Mumbai – Nationalist leader Dhananjay Munde has been ordered by Bandra Family Court to pay Rs 5 lakh to Karuna Sharma. 1000 per month. An order was issued to give two lakh rupees alimony (maintenance amount). Karuna claimed to be Munde’s wife. In this case, Munde appealed to the High Court demanding a stay on the order of the court. The final hearing of the application is going on.

Munde’s lawyer argued in the court that if marriage is not done then why should the alimony be given? This question was asked. The court asked whose children of Karuna Sharma and who they belong to. If the children are munde then compassion will be their mother or not. Then who was the father? The court asked Munde this question.

Munde’s lawyer told the court that Rajshree Munde is the wife of Dhananjay Munde. Munde argued that he had accepted the children, but did not marry his mother. The court said that Munde did not have a legal marriage to compassion.

Karuna Sharma’s annual income is about 15 lakh rupees. He also pays income tax and is financially capable and does not require alimony. He also argued that he also has his own business.

Karuna Sharma’s lawyer sought time as the court asked him about the proof of his official marriage. The next hearing has been scheduled on 5 April and will then present evidence of Karuna marriage.
