Kerala Governor's statement on CAA, promise made at the time of independence

Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed reached Bulandshahr in UP, where he spoke openly about CAA and said that it was promised at the time of independence. The Central Government has issued a notification to implement CAA in the country, due to which politics has become heated. Kerala and West Bengal governments have refused to implement it. On the implementation of CAA in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal, Governor Arif Mohammed said, 'Whatever is being said is being said as a part of politics.
