Former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi and her MLA son Tej Pratap Yadav appeared before the ED in a job case instead of land. RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav has been called to appear tomorrow.

Rabri Devi, 66, appeared at the ED office on Bank Road along with her elder daughter and MP from Pataliputra, Misa Bharti. Many RJD workers along with him also reached the ED office. The activists raised slogans in support of mother and daughter.

Tej Pratap Yadav, 36, also appeared before the ED. According to sources, 76 -year -old Lalu Prasad Yadav has been ordered to appear at the ED office in Patna yesterday.

According to sources, fresh summons has been issued for questioning in the context of additional facts in the case. The statements of the three family members will be recorded under the Money Prevention Act (PMLA).

Meanwhile, RJD spokesperson Ejaz Ahmed said that whenever elections in the state come close, BJP misuses central agencies against opposition parties. Earlier, BJP did the same in Jharkhand and Delhi. Now investigating agencies are being misused in Bihar.

Significantly, last year the ED filed a charge sheet against the family of Lalu Prasad Yadav in a Delhi court. The charge sheet included the names of Lalu’s family members including Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti, Hema Yadav.
