Then a concrete tunnel was prepared in it. After this, a large quantity of crude oil was stolen by installing valves in Indian crude oil pipelines. SOG has taken the entire matter under its control. The SOG team that arrived from Jaipur is investigating the matter.

Jaipur SOG DSP Shiv Kumar Bhardwaj, who is investigating the crude oil theft case, said that a complaint was lodged in SOG on Monday. It has been said in the complaint that Kailash Chand, resident of Shahjahanpur, has a farm on Belani Marg on Delhi-Jaipur Highway, in which the boundary is made. This farm was taken on rent by oil thieves. The Indian crude oil supply pipeline from the rented farm runs from Gujarat to Panipat in Haryana. For theft, oil thieves made tunnels in thick cement tiles and installed valves. SOG investigating officer Shivkumar Bhardwaj said that on December 26, the regular supply pressure of the crude oil supply line had reduced. When the level fell, the company management suspected oil theft from the line. When the company management investigated it at its level, it came to light that oil was being stolen from near the toll plaza of Shahjahanpur.

After this, Hemant Kumar, co-manager of Indian Oil Corporation Rewari, lodged a complaint at Shahjahanpur police station regarding theft of crude oil from the oil supply line. Shahjahanpur police station officer Pukhraj Meena has sent the case to Jaipur SOG. On Tuesday, DSP Shivkumar Bhardwaj of SOG team arrived with the local police to investigate. Police say that a tunnel about 8 feet deep and four feet wide was dug from the rented farm to the supply line and was paved with cement blocks. In which a large quantity of crude oil was being stolen by installing valves up to the line along with electrical fittings and CCTV cameras.

The company became suspicious when the supply level fell on December 26 and got it investigated and the matter came to light. After this, the matter reached the police on 6 January. Meanwhile, when the mafia came to know about this, it gathered its entire network and ran away. During the investigation of the case, along with a deep tunnel, a valve connected to the supply line, an empty drum and many other items were found at the spot.

Regarding the absence of DVR, the SOG DSP said that the kingpin, who was sitting away from the spot, was giving instructions through CCTV while operating a high-quality mobile system. During this action, police and SOG team including Neemra DSP Sachin Sharma, Shahjahanpur police station officer Pukhraj Meena, company co-manager Hemant Kumar were present. About ten years ago also, crude oil was stolen from the same pipeline by installing a valve on the supply line in Shahjahanpur.
